The first aim of the article is to diagnose barriers agency (including resentment ones) that occur during implementation innovations in selected Silesian small and medium-sized enterprises. second goal explain how structural cultural contexts type reflexivity undertaken by employees determine an innovative activity state morphostasis (contextual continuity) morphogenesis discontinuity) at companies. theoretical basis research Margaret Archer’s morphogenetic theory structure her scheme causal analysis.
